Zach Zeiler

I’m Zach Zeiler, founder and principal operator of Zeiler Holdings LLC — a veteran-owned business headquartered in Tampa, Florida.

After nearly 20 years working in enterprise IT, defense contracting, and federal program management, I decided to take everything I’ve learned — managing $Billion IT portfolios, leading large teams, operating in mission-critical environments — and build something of my own. Zeiler Holdings is the result.

This company was never meant to be just a transportation service or a one-off venture. From the beginning, my goal was to create a disciplined, multi-sector holding company that reflects the same standards I held myself to in uniform and throughout my civilian leadership career: precision, accountability, and long-term vision.

Today, Zeiler Holdings LLC oversees a growing portfolio of businesses, including:

  • Zeiler Transportation – a luxury, electric chauffeur service designed for professionals and high-net-worth clients who value discretion, comfort, and on-time execution

  • Zeiler Mobility Assets – a planned infrastructure and investment arm focused on EV-forward fueling stations and hybrid mobility hubs

  • Zeiler Properties – a real estate investment arm focused on value-added residential and small commercial assets

  • Zeiler Advisory – a future consulting service focused on operational improvement, continuity planning, and complex program delivery

While each portfolio has its own market, they all share a common thread: structured execution, intentional growth, and a focus on clients who expect results.

I hold multiple certifications — PMP, PMI-ACP, DASSM, CCNP Enterprise, and CASP — and I’m finishing my MBA . But what sets Zeiler Holdings apart isn’t just the credentials. It’s the operational rigor behind everything we do.

Whether I’m building out a new fleet, analyzing a potential property, or meeting with a client, I treat every decision like a contract with my reputation. Because that’s what this company is built on — trust, performance, and a mindset that refuses to cut corners.
